Do you accept walk-ins?
We prefer bookings 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours (8am to 8pm) but subject to slot availability. For same-day events, please call us directly at +63 2 8123 4567. We recommend booking early, especially for weekends and holidays. -
What areas do you serve?
We serve Metro Manila, Quezon City, Makati, Pasig, Cebu City, Davao City, and Bacolod. Same-day delivery available for Metro Manila and nearby areas. For Cebu, Davao, and Bacolod, please allow 24-48 hours for delivery. Message us to confirm availability for your specific location. -
What are your business hours?
We're open Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. Setup and teardown services are available during these hours. For events outside regular hours, please contact us for special arrangements. Holiday schedules may vary—check our Facebook page for updates during major holidays. -
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, GCash, Maya, and cash. For bookings over ₱50,000, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before setup day. We can provide an invoice for corporate clients. Message us for payment details and terms. -
Do you provide setup and teardown services?
Yes, all our packages include professional setup and teardown services. Our crew arrives 2-3 hours before your event to set up everything. After your event, we'll return to remove and pack up all decorations. This is included in our package prices—no extra charges.
